provides its trim removal systems with a guarantee to "Deliver the trim
to the appropriate location in the manner prescribed by the customer and
as provided by CTM Systems." If a trim system does not perform as
designed, customer production can be severely curtailed, causing loss of
revenue and possibly damage to upstream and/or downstream equipment. Thus,
while the trim system is not generally a large percentage of a project, if
