mm), while the high precision version will cut
material as thin as .0005" (.0127 mm). The
rotary cutter is utilized where compaction of
trim material is an issue or if the trim removal

| The slant
screen separator can best be described
as a metal box with an angled, perforated screen
performing trim separation from the air. The trim
strikes the bottom of the perforated screen and
drops into a compactor, baler or portable tote
located below the air separator. The air passes
through the screen and exists out the top of the
slant screen separator. The air can then leave
the separator naturally, or can be filtered (internally
as shown) or if the separator is outside the plant,
then the air can be accumulated in a dust collector,
filtered and returned to the plant. (more)
